AMORE APP DESIGN
Bozzuto is a hospitality-driven property management company dedicated to creating a true sense of sanctuary. As a Brand Management Intern, I worked alongside another intern to enhance Bozzuto’s positioning as a "love brand" by addressing a key resident pain point—lack of awareness about exclusive partnerships, discounts, and benefits. Our solution was a Loyalty & Rewards section within Bozzuto’s resident app, leveraging geotagging and integration with Venn, Bozzuto’s white-label resident platform. After presenting our concept to the CEO and C-suite, it was officially implemented in Bozzuto’s Resident Hub app, enriching the resident experience and reinforcing brand loyalty.

Built on insights gathered from resident behaviors and engagement patterns, the development process focused on creating an intuitive, scalable, and high-performing platform.
Design
The previous website was extremely text-heavy, lacked visual hierarchy, and did not effectively communicate An Phong’s brand identity. The redesign introduces a modern, structured layout with improved spacing, fewer fonts, and a more intuitive navigation system. By incorporating a corporate yet locally resonant aesthetic, the new design strengthens the company’s online presence while making information more digestible.
Concept
With no existing breakpoints, the old site struggled across different devices, limiting usability. The new development approach ensures full responsiveness, optimizing the experience for desktop, tablet, and mobile users. Additionally, implementing tracking tools will allow An Phong to measure engagement and continuously refine its digital strategy.

A structured visual hierarchy, dynamic typography, and a harmonious color palette contribute to an immersive and engaging experience. Microinteractions and animations provide subtle feedback, reinforcing a sense of progress and accomplishment at every step.
